Best experience I’ve ever had. Period! David did an AMAZING job on my nails and was so nice as well as conversational. And the woman who did my pedicure was just as kind, and even asked me after applying polish to my first toenail if after seeing it on that it was still what I wanted. Wonderful service, top notch care👌🏽. Went in on a Tuesday around 1500. Highly recommend, they have totally made a loyal customer out of me! And the facility is very nice also. 5 Stars!!

I am always happy with my results. They do take appointments, but usually are staffed to take walk-ins. If you come during peak times eg mid-day weekends, there can be a wait. If you ask, they will give you a time to come back.

I DO NOT recommend this place. Multiple times I've been here, I've waited for over an hour when they were not even that busy, they just appear to show preference to some customers than others .This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Was waiting here with a friend for over an hour and assured that we'll be next, then it seemed that a regular customer walked in the door asking " do you have any time now?", the owner assured her they did -- did not mention to her that she had to sign in like every one else. And I know that they do not do appointments because I tried to make one one time & they told me that they operated on a walk-in basis. this lady who did not have to wait , was tended to immediately leaving my friend & I , who had been waiting an hour or so , and another person in the waiting area . We all eventually left.

Their work SUCKS!!! They file your natural nails TOO thin. My fingers hurt for days. The tech kept telling me to "stop teasing my fingers" but that was because she was hurting me with the drill. They put the gel on the top without doing the sides of my nails and there were air pockets on top on 8 of my nails. They complained that my NATURAL 1 inch nails were hard to work with because they were too long. They wanted to cut them, I said "NO" SEVERAL times and the tech filed half an inch off anyways. The 1st tech passed me to another tech because a grandma client of hers came in. The 2nd tech did a nice job of filing and buffing my nails but she was new and didn't know how to shape yet. The 3rd tech shaped them wrong and had me waiting several times while she stopped working on my hands to go and do several eyebrows and get something to eat. It's the WORSE service I've had EVER!!! I've been getting my nails done at various locations for over 30 years. Their work is MEDIOCRE. They are only good for GREAT GRANDMA's nails and people that do NOT take pride in their appearance and nails. I will NEVER go to these butchers again!!! I WILL be going back to the salon in the Killeen Mall by Sears. At least their work is neat and they are the ones that grew my nails out from below the fingertip to an inch long. BEWARE PEOPLE!!! MOON'S SPA AND NAILS in HEIGHTS SUCKS!!!
