The first staff I dealt with was rude and curt with her responses when checking in. She claimed only one room was booked under my name and took a bit of troubleshooting on my part to figure things out for her. She was extremely unprofessional. Some of the rooms were extremely funky and moldy smelling. It was also very noisy at night. I forgot my wallet and later discovered it was missing $60 when I went to collect it. My fault for forgetting. What's really frustrating was finding out that there was an extra charge on my credit card after 3 days. I went back to the place three times (twice before checkout and they cleaned and on a different day to collect the wallet) after they cleaned/serviced and they did not inform me of anything missing. When I called them up to ask why, another lady on the phone started to talk about a lost towel. When I asked her from which room it was 'stolen', she put me on hold for about a minute to give me a random room number. I tried reasoning that they had plenty of opportunities to inform me, but she just kept on giving me the standard response of doing an inventory. I am left frustrated from the experience. I strongly recommend to find another place to stay than deal with the unprofessional and cheating staff here.

The Moonlight inn and suites is great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was reasonably priced and the breakfast was tasty.

Good standards every hotel should adhere to. Spacious comfortable easy to access. We had stupid neighbors but we cant fault the hotel cor that. Great place to rest

A friendly staff with rooms priced reasonably and clean. The quiet night hours were great for a good sleep. The continental breakfast open and self serve meant quick easy check out.
