Such a cute outdoor setup with beautiful lights. I loved the fun vibes when we ate here, and their Nutella waffles were amazing! Definitely coming back!
This is the New York City diner of your dreams, but full of life, and that's why they've stayed a mainstay through this chaos - life teems from every corner, music pours from every window and door - and everything is good to the core. The food, the people, the service, the atmosphere - it's all very real and all very good soul food - you'll see older couples grinning at each other over mimosas, groups stealing fries from each other, wine glasses clinking like its the biggest cheers of the night/day every time. Juan and his crew are unstoppable. Order anything & you'll be happy - but if I had my pick, I'd pick any breakfast burrito, the sliders OH the sliders, a meal of fries alone, the NYC sundae - or, OR - the milkshake of your dreams. Proof attached. Come here and you'll feel back in NYC again.
How far they’ve fallen. We waited to order on a slow night. The food was cold, bland and flavorless. We waited for our bill, almost walking out we waited so long.
I got the baked potato with cheddar cheese, broccoli & bacon & sweet chili wings .. Food was good.. Wish the wings were crispy tho
Moonstruck-Eros was wonderful. Great service, the waiter's recommendations were on point. The seafood was fresh and tasty. The warm pita bread and olives were an added plus.
The outside seating area is VERY misleading. The food was terrible and seemed like it was cooked the week prior. It’s very confusing because you get a diner menu and then a luxury fish menu when you sit down. We were the only people eating here on a Saturday night with the most beautiful outdoor seating arrangement in the kips bay/Murray hill are, so we knew something was up. Save your money and go somewhere else.
The name has changed, but it's still a good restaurantFood: 5/5
Good food. Bad service. This place recently changed its name to Moonstruck Eros. I got the impression it is under new ownership and that they will soon be dropping "Moonstruck" from the name. They are now a Greek "cafe" focused on Greek dishes, not a diner serving breakfast all day. The interior has been redesigned. The menu is completely different from what is posted on the Moonstruck website and on the online ordering site. The lemon chicken dinner was delicious, but the wait and bar staff seemed inexperienced in the service industry.
Use to be a good place for a yummy breakfast now it’s a Greek restaurant that nobody wants or needs, food is bland and dreadful and the place is always empty. Don’t waste your time for this lackluster menu
Restaurant went down hill since they changed management. The lady who answers the phone is rude and never get the order correct nor does she listen to what you want.
