For over 2 decades, Moonwinks has been the premier restaurant in Cuba and Allegany County, offering everything from white-tablecloth fine dining to our relaxed lounge area.

Located just across the street from scenic Cuba Lake, we offer the finest in food & service all within an easy drive from anywhere in Western NY. Whether you are just passing through on I-86 or making Western New York your destination, we're open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week all year round.

Terrible service!!!! We stopped at this restaurant following our daughter's softball tournament and the lady that waited on us was absolutely horrible. We sat for 10 minutes before she came to our table, after ordering our drinks she slammed them onto our table and walked away. After sitting for another 15 minutes the same lady came to take our order but just stood at the end of our table and didn't even mutter a word- not anything! We never got a hello, are you all set to order, ... absolute silence!!! She just stood there holding her little notepad staring at us! I have heard nothing but good things about this place and that is why we decided to stop! We will not recommend this restaurant to any of our friends or family in the area!!!! I would tell you her name but since she didn't speak I don't know what it is !!! We also had to wait 35 minutes after the waitress stood at the end of the table for our food to come! The only positive was that the food was delicious!!! Kudos to the kitchen staff!!!

Food was fantastic. They had a wide variety of menu items.s from burgers to steak and seafood. Plan to spend between $15-$30 for an entree. I had their fish and chips and although I was expecting a traditional fish and chips, this was battered fish nuggets, but they were cooked perfectly and their tarter sauce was fantastic!

To start the service is 5 star! I had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti. My wife spaghetti and meatballs. Daughters the chicken asiago. My parm was a classic to perfection although the sauce was a bit bitter for my taste. Wife's meatballs we're home made and phenomenal! Kids loved the asiago which says a lot because their teens! At $20 a head it was really good and well worth it! I must add this is a fairly upscale restaurant, not really a place to stop with the kids after a game.

Good food for those with no budget restraints. Party of 4 expect to shell out hundred to a hundred fifty. Prices to keep local townies out....More of a upscale for our area. Casual to fine dress code.
