Morgan & Milzow listed a house and scheduled an open house for it 2 days later.  They cancelled the open house the morning of, and took no steps to let anyone know.  The very least- and I mean VERY least- they could have done is put a sign at the house saying the open house had been cancelled.  A LOT of people showed up and had no idea what was going on.  It's great for the home owners of that particular house that they were able to get an acceptable offer so quickly, but I would never use or recommend this agency given their lack of attention to detail and complete disdain towards potential buyers.

I have had the pleasure of working with agent Kyle Walker on multiple transactions this year. I really appreciate his combination of professionalism and personality. His use of aerial photography and video is an awesome advantage for anyone looking to sell their home. Plus, Kyle knows people. If there is a need for a service, he will provide you with a referral the same day!
