For a first place, I would say this apartment has done it's job. For the most part it's a nice, safe place to live but the walls are thin. At least once during each winter season that I've been here for, the heating will go out for a couple of days and lately, there's been an increase in litter but that's more of probably an individual tenant issue. Maintenance is really nice and they try their best when you need help. Overall, I would recommend it to a friend if they were looking for their first place. Very cheap and affordable.
