Great, fast, friendly and professional service. Responded promptly to a 7 am call on a Saturday; had someone here in an hour, fixed in an hour and charged us a very nominal fee for everything. (No "emergency" fee everyone else likes to charge you). Will always use and recommend them to anyone over any other service in the Charlotte region.

My well pump went out this morning. Service was fast, they got everything back up and running and pricing was very fair. Will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

These men came out did the job and the price was reasonable. Got the water up and running for us. Job well done. Pardon the pun.

Yesterday Sunday morning we did notice that Well was leaking water from the pipe not know what to do my dad and I we started googling trying to find a company who repair Well and will come on Sunday for not extra fee. I called Moran Well& pump company Brittany the dispatcher was very friendly she asked me to send picture of the where the leak is coming from so she can show it to Justin the technician. She told me she will call us back waiting 5 minutes letting us how much it will cost to fix the problem. After 5 minutes Brittany did called us as promised she told us that Justin will be in our house in a hour later and that to replace the Pipe will need to pay between 125-175 and that they will not charge us extra fee driving from.Concord to South Charlotte, near they will charge us to come on Sunday. Justin the technician arrived waiting a hour as Brittany told us on the phone. We were charge a felt rate of $140 which is very reasonable rate. Our problem has been fix and we are a very happy satisfied customers.

Last night, we came home to no water. My husband called Morgan's and they came right out. In less than 2 hours, they had replaced our well pump and we had water! So grateful to have them as our neighbors!
