My wife went to Greg and insisted I go to him also. 

I've been in Billings for almost a decade now and when I went in for a standard cleaning m, Greg adjusted my bite. I was having a issue that I didn't even know about. 

No one ever noticed or took it into consideration. I'm going back for sure. Much better now!

Great care! Quick, friendly and professional. Quality work by an excellent staff. Dr. Moritz is the most down to earth, real dentist I've ever been attended by. He is an apt, skillful and personable doctor and if I have my way all my dental needs will be attended to by his office.

Pluses: Dr. Moritz gets you in and out. He is very efficient and that is not something you find often in any doctor's office.
He is priced reasonably and is conservative on his approach. He seems very honest.
Some of his filling work is a bit clunky as if he only has large drill bits. However, the lab he uses for crowns seems to do great work. My crown turned out beautiful. 
Minuses:  Unfortunately, because I missed five appts in over a year (I was dealing with my mother  whom was in and out of the hospital for for months with a brain tumor and passed within 4 months),Dr. Moritz failed to treat me today because I was 15 minutes late and asked me to leave after i was already in the chair despite him knowing that I was on my way yet told me it was still okay to come in.
They have a text that notifies of upcoming appointments, but it would be more effective if the text was sent out within 24 hours to confirm rather than a week in advance. A lot can happen during a week.
He also has a short temper and on my first visit he was tossing instruments in a tantrum because he couldn't get a wedge between my molars to work. He was too hurried and wasn't getting it done as fast as he wanted and was getting a little rough in my mouth.  I almost didn't go back to him after that first treatment, but because we have a mutual friend I have him another chance.
So, while I appreciate his efficiency, sometimes you have to allow that things don't always flow perfectly. It's best not to take it out on the patient. I refuse to walk on eggshells. So, I walked out of this office and shall not return.
