Delicious pastries, good coffee and good customer service. The blueberry muffin and the Toffee Kiss coffee were a tad too sweet but delicious. The menu offers a nice variety of treats, pastries, muffins, breads and even savory items like quiche and scones. The young lady who assisted us was kind and friendly. There are several tables in front of the bakery for seating. There’s also a table with bar stools facing the window where you can sip your coffee, enjoy your sweet treat and watch people and traffic.
This is the worst place I have ever been to in my life. First we paid $7 for a lemonade that tasted like simple syrup. Secondly there was hair in our lemonade. Whatever you do avoid this place at all cost.
Came to the milk market after hours when this place was closed. After browsing the menus at all the locations, I saw this one place and it caught my eye, how cute! The queen of cupcakes drink was calling my name, and I wanted to try and stop back if time allowed while we were in Denver. We made it back while the shop was open and I was so excited to try this espresso drink! I went up to the counter and I made eye contact with several of the staff, there were 5 of them back there. They were all in conversation and I felt like an inconvenience for standing at the counter, being completely ignored by the staff. Finally, I was helped and they continued to talk in conversation as I was waiting. My drink ended up being made incorrectly, it was suppose to have sprinkles a big reason for ordering this drink!! and they were missing. I asked for sprinkles for the latte as it is advertised with sprinkles on the menu and got looked at like I had 3 heads. Ended up getting the sprinkles, but overall it was a terrible experience and I regret making a special trip to come get a mediocre espresso beverage.
Menu is super cute and inviting with reasonable prices. I really loved the pistacho Cannoli and pizza scone was warmed up nicely. Toffee Kiss was okay but nothing to rave over… The disappointing part was how all the tables were super sticky and dirty despite being a Tuesday early evening with little to no foot traffic. The young man who rung us up wasn’t helpful or friendly. As soon as he rung us up he left with some friends so we couldn’t get anything else to go. Overall mid…. Lol
Hours are definitely falsely listed. I walked here with heavy luggage looking for coffee as it seemed to be the only place open after 6 pm ... it says they're open until 9 but they were closed when I arrived at 5:45
Truly delicious pastries! We got the apple fritter, donuts, and spinach croissant. All were flaky, perfectly sweet and savory with the croissant, and well baked. No soggy bottoms or overly sweet glaze. The coffee was fantastic too!
This place saved our morning! We NEEDED good coffee, and got it here. We are staying at The Maven, and only one morning out of five there was complimentary coffee set up in the lobby near the elevator. We didn't care for the other coffee nearby everyone has different tastes, of course and also the counter guy wasn't having a good day at that other place. I don't need him to be my BFF, but ... Anyway, the coffee is delish at Morning Jones and the staff is welcoming. Highly recommend!
My experience has been very disappointing recently. I understand that restaurants are under a lot of pressure right now to stay afloat but if they need to maintain their quality standards. They used to make awesome small donuts, deliciously crunchy. I purchased a half dozen this month that seemed undercooked and flavorless. When the server handed me them I commented that they didn't appear to be done and he said "this is how they've always been." I dropped in again this week and purchased a pastry and once back in the office discovered that it was at least a day old, if not a week old. So dry and tasteless that I threw it out. I'm not going back again.
This was pretty disappointing. I can't say how the coffee was because I didn't try it but the glazed donut was just sugar and no donut and the quiche was unfortunate. The croissant was decent but didn't make up for the rest of the food. The servers were all very nice but no one seemed to be communicating and it was a bit of a mess.
This place is in the Dairy Block. I use to come here when I worked at my office for coffee but now visited over the holiday and decided to try some desserts. Of course, I had to try several - strawberry cake pops, tiramisu and my new favorite...a butterscotch pie. It was the most delicious thing I ever had!!!!
