I'm so sad to see that Melanie is no longer with Morningstar Lake Travis. Melanie's knowledge, warmth and level of customer care are unmatched. Melanie was the Morningstar experience for me. Every single interaction I had with her was beyond amazing. From seeing her in action, getting to know her personally and by reading the reviews posted here...she will be GREATLY missed and never replaceable. 

I highly recommend Morningstar Storage! Melanie was absolutely amazing!! She was not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful. Moving is never fun and can sometimes cause me a great deal of stress and anxiety. Melanie not only helped relieve these feelings, she went above-and-beyond by allowing me to view many different units. She took her time, gave me a wonderful tour and made me feel right at home while I'm in between homes right now. Thanks, Melanie! I'll refer to everyone I know and meet to Melanie at Morningstar!!

Best storage place ever! (I've moved a lot so I know what I'm talking about LOL) Great prices!!! and excellent customer service. I looked everywhere for the best deal. This is it :-) Melanie was so very helpful finding me an even lower price than what I thought it was going to be. Less than half of what the other storage place down the street offered me but with the same 24/7 access and climate controlled units etc. And the administration fee and free month are actually an honest deal, no hidden fees. Melanie is so friendly and funny we had belly laughs on the phone while I was on my way there and when I arrived she even surpassed my expectations, because she was very professional and thorough as well. It made my day better cause I had been stressed out with the move, and left there in a great mood! I was able to save so much money using their moving truck and they have a storage size that is not too big not too small, the place down the street did not have this specific size, which was cheaper also than having to go with the bigger one.
Thanks Melanie! You really made my day. People can just stop shopping around and go talk to you! 👍👍😊

Fantastic experience. My wife and I decided to return to MorningStar when we needed to store some extra things. Staff is friendly and very helpful. There are many storage facilities in the area but this one is by far the best. Despite competitors being closer to our home MorningStar wins our business yet again!

Morningstar Storage occasionally hires extraordinary people. If you are so lucky as to work with Melanie at the Lakeway location, you will understand fine customer service. I personally witnessed Melanie handling multiple irascible (look it up) customers, and handling my fellow members of the public (including my lovely but irritable wife) with way more patience than we deserve. Melanie makes me want to give Morningstar Storage 5 stars. But mainly Melanie.

This is the second time I have used this Morningstar. location  The facility is always clean and well looked after.  Melanie and David were great getting me set up with a unit again.  Very easy process and great location.  Two thumbs up.
