We recently relocated from CA to NC, and I needed a large storage unit. Morningstar was definitely the right choice! Wendy and Mark at the Arden facility have been absolutely amazing! They have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us with the logistics of getting our stuff into our storage unit. I would definitely recommend them!

Friendly and helpful! They will make sure you have everything you need. I arrived close to closing time after a long drive from Maryland. Mark showed me all of the details about the storage unit, and made sure I was able to move my belongings in that evening.

Wendy's customer service skills are exceptional.  She goes above and beyond to be make one's storage experience as pleasant as possible.  Along with Brian, the maintenance/grounds person,  they keep the property in pristine condition.  Their pride in their work shows!

Ok so we moved here in June and rented a unit, hit with a surprise special $20 lock fee. Then over sold a unit, then they made it right. They lock I had to buy didn't even work on the unit so I had to use my own lock and left the keys for both so they could switch it over. Then was locked out of my unit because I didn't pay on my free month. I went back the next day and cleared it up, I just received a phone call again about not paying on my free month. Every time they apologize but the same thing keeps happening. They are nice ladies that run it but seriously that only goes so far.

Moving is such a painful chore....Morningstar's staff Wendy and Mark have been the most welcoming helpful people I have ever dealt with!  They both have gone out of their way to make this a pleasant experience!! I highly recommend Morningstar storage!!
