I would give this place a NO STAR REVIEW!!Patient was dropped off for an appointment and waited for an hour to be picked up. We called for her and instead of them being helpful and apologetic about the situation they were laughing about it. Told us that they should be there any minute and that they have hundreds of people to pick up. I also heard the other dispatcher yell " I TOLD THEM 15 MINUTES!". Well it has been OVER 15 minutes and PATIENT WAS STILL WAITING!! Patient was nice enough to wait a little longer. We had called MAPS AGAIN for this patient and this time the patient spoke to them. Patient asked NICELY where her ride was and instead of being PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL they told her " MAYBE YOU SHOULD CALL A CAB INSTEAD?!?" Patient was VERY upset that they told her to get a cab when they themselves are a TRANSPORTATION company! DIANE was very rude and unprofessional. She was not caring and helpful when her job entitles customer service! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people working for this company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES ESPECIALLY HOW THEY TREAT THEIR PICK-UPS
