My son is autistic and can be very difficult when visiting the Doctor. He has been seeing Dr. Balfour for 25 yrs. He loves Dr. Balfour( a big step for an autistic). Doctor has pulled pulled legos out of my sons ears, rubber bands out of his nose, along with the ears tubes several times. Doctor is ones of the kindest people I've met. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has frequent nose bleeds.  She has been to several doctors and found it very uncomfortable.  She then saw Dr. Balfour and had an outstanding experience and no pain.  She did not even realize he had completed the procedure.  He is funny, kind and an experienced physician.  I would recommend him to anyone.

This office is extremely incompotent. My son needed ear tube surgery and was referred to Dr Balfour's offfice. It took over 3 months to schedule the surgery. 12 hours before the surgery, they informed me that authorization was not obtained. I requested a referral to another ENT specialist. It took the office 3 weeks for the referral, and they couldn't even get it right. They said that they faxed the referral 3 times but had not way of confirming the fax was successfully sent and refused to contact the recepient to confirm. All fax machines provide send confirmations, idiots. The the office staff are lazy incompotent idiots. Find yourself another specialist and save yourself the frustration.
