After a drunk driver hit me head on and with a double BAC, 2 yrs later only $85k. My truck needed $24k in repairs, and 2 surgeries later. They made me sign a sheet saying after this is finalized, no more action can be taken. Well, my elbow that was operated on, has now failed and because of that stupid paper I signed, I have to live with this agonizing pain. Don't ever sign a document like the one I signed. I feel I was duped. I was forced to pay for surgery first, then show a receipt for reimbursement. I can't rate lower than a one, too bad. I've been fighting this elbow issue for years now. Be careful. Might want to find a team who will fight for you.

The Morris Bart law firm is awesome. The attorney that handled our claim was Scott Bishop who I trust and I would highly recommend him to anyone friends family.

Very hands off/not personable at all. I talked to my lawyer here and there but only met her face-to-face once. I felt like a number not a valued client. More importantly, I didn't feel like my best interest was at heart when it was all said and done. I don't know how all the mechanics/behind the scene things work, but I feel like I was shafted, I walked away with only a little over $3400 in settlement/case that lasted over year. Would I ever use Morris Bart again, no. Will I recommend someone to use Morris Bart, no I would not. Bad experience all around.

My experience with Ms. Courtney Powell was quite pleasant and forthcoming. I really enjoyed her constant updates on the case and keeping me informed at all times. She was kind, patient and very polite. I am satisfied with the outcome of the case.

Mr. Ryan Cannon was great, he stayed in touch with me and let me know everything that was going on. I would definitely use Morris Bart again if I had to
