Employees very helpful and friendly.  Don't rent a truck, it is not accepted.  Short form to fill out and they'll lend you a hard hat and vest if you don't have one.

Needed to drop off some construction debris from my remodel... ($90 per ton)
People working there are very nice and professional. Even though there is a line of commercial trucks behind you to drop off tons of garbage and you are dropping off a mere half a ton (thats all my Jeep could fit :) - they take the time to explain the procedures to you and make sure you are safe while at their facility.
Nice, courteous and professional - well done guys!
