We have called Morris drain on many occasions to help unclog some very old drains in our house. They always are over the same day within an hour of us calling and are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have never had any issues with them.

I have used Morris drains several times they come as soon as they can and they are very professional. They have always solved my drain problems. I would recommend this company.

Asked 4 information regarding updating a septic system was given information totally unrelated to what I was requesting. I reiterated what I wanted with specificity & was again given unrelated information. I then stated that maybe I wasn't being clear enough with what I was asking for & before I could complete my sentence was interrupted by the female rep & the phone was given to another rep in their office.. When I spoke to this rep, she appeared to know immediately what I was asking 4 & then advised me that they didn't do that kind of work & that I should contact the health department where a list of potential contractors would be given to me. Once she had completed extending that service to me, I then informed her that in the future, please only allow reps who are proficient in their skill set to interact with their customers. Her response to me was to make excuses for her unknowledgeable rep.. I asked her to stop making excuses & before I could finish, she hung the phone up on me..
