Straight-forward and easy to do business with!   Pricing was simple and not complicated without a lot of contingencies/variations.  Once on site, no upscope/upsell to  the requested service and quoted pricing provided verbally over the phone.  Arrived promptly within the 30 minute estimated service window of the appointment, so, was not kept hostage at home all day waiting as many service companies do.   Dirt and spots/blemishes were removed from light colored tan carpet.   Carpet looks great and will use again!
