I requested my daughter's medical records and after a month of not being received, I called to find out status. I was informed by Taylor the records had been destroyed except for a current year. When I first requested records, Rebecca Green asked for a copy of my State ID with forms and verification of my current out of state address. I was hesitant but sent it because my daughter needs those records to continue therapy after being abused during parental visitation by other parent who continues to stalk us after being let out of jail. Rebecca stated she received everything including ID and she "just shredded" my ID so l wouldn't be uncomfortable with my information being out there and the records would get to me within 7-10 business days....was relieved and thanked her. A month later I call to follow up and Taylor tells me Rebecca was out on leave for past 2 weeks and that I could pick up the records that had not already been destroyed in person. I asked her why I needed to show up in person if Rebecca had all my information and I was out of state. She responds, "Is your address the one on your ID"??? I was shocked! This place USED to be a good place for kids but now helps/benefits criminals and child molesters.
