The best!  We have a rental property in Los Osos, and we live out of town.  When we last renovated the home (about five years ago), Morro Bay  Appliance delivered and in stalled all the kitchen appliances in cooperation with the contractor.  Recently, our tenants called to say the drier was not working.  Lisa at Morro Bay Appliances was really helpful at working with the tenants to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  This is not the kind of service you get at a big box store, and too me, it is worth a lot.  I feel really lucky to have a service provider that you can trust and rely on.

Our two vacation rentals here in Morro Bay have purchased large appliances from Mike at Morro Bay Appliance on several occasions.  We have always found him to be professional and quite personable.  He is knowledgeable about his appliances and will work with you to fully understand what your needs are so to be better able to recommend a product, while never making one feel like he is pressuring to make the sale or that his time is limited.  I admire and appreciate his willingness to accommodate our check-in and check-out schedule at the rentals with deliveries that he must make at our vacation rental property and the fact that he very thoroughly cleans up after himself when the work is completed.   This is a Morro Bay business that cares about my Morro Bay business and that makes Mike Manarik my  guy when I need a new appliance.  I highly recommend Morro Bay Appliance.
