I thought my appt and everything went well until I got the bill. I was charged $35 because I asked a question (conversation with a PA was 30 seconds) that wasn’t included in an annual physical. This is not the “bring back care” place they would like you to believe.

Went there for an issue. Nurse practitioner saw me. She had no clue and referred me to a surgeon. When I called the surgeon, they said they don't even handle the type of issue I had. At what point do I qualify to see a doctor?! May be I am not special enough. I bet the bill will be special though $$ !

The doctors and staff are caring and they take time talking with you about your concerns.
