I hadn't been to a dentist in nearly 10 years due to no insurance.. While my teeth are mostly healthy, I was embarrassed about a wisdom tooth that had decayed. *Scarlett, the dental assistant who took care of me was wonderful! She didn't make me feel ashamed embarrassed, or disgusting and was kind, & extra gentle when I told her I was a big baby in a dentist's chair. She also got rid of some staining that I was told by my old dentist's office it could not be removed.. Both she & "Dr. Todd" were great, answered any questions I had, & were mindful of scheduling future appointments. Scarlett let me know which procedures were or were not covered by my insurance before performing or scheduling them. I will be a regular patient at the LaGrange, KY office from here on out. : )

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Todd and staff. I have horrible dental anxiety and they always take such good care of me. Had a root canal and 3 fillings today and felt nothing!!

They don't understand when I don't have the money for something that they force me to get they take the money out of my account without talking to me first. When i don't pay that bill. I wish more than anything I could give them a piece of my mind

They wouldn't clean my teeth because they said my teeth were too crooked...I had gone in for a consultation & referral to their Braces, Braces, Braces office (which they didn't give me). However, I was billed for a cleaning. They referred me instead to a Peridondist stating that my teeth were crooked because I had gum disease. I'm 39 years old and have never been told before that I had a disease. They were right on top of my insurance knowing that it would pay for gum surgery (I think they just wanted my money) the dentist was anything but "charismatic" like his profile says. He left halfway through my exam and left me with his nurse to finish the consultation. I was a new patient and felt like I was intruding on their little "family". I feel humiliated because they made me feel this way because of my crooked teeth. I will never return or recommend them. Now I need to find a new dentist & we are new to this area...waste of my time.

Insurance pays for one cleaning and check up a year. They set up appointments prior to these and try to charge you. Even after I told them to make the appointment so insurance will pay for it they set it up in advance and wanted me to pay. They did this to both me and my wife so I think it's a shady way of making more money. Lost these customers for good
