Everyone in the office had a positive friendly attitude. They made me feel welcome and respected. I had recently had a negative experience with another dentist and, was a little leery about coming in. All my worries were put to rest. I have a lot of problems with my teeth. They are in very bad shape. But I was never made to feel bad or shamed in anyway. My concerns were addressed and my future treatment explained to me and options given. I'm so glad I found the Mortenson Family Dental in Ft Wright. Thank you for making me feel at ease.

I made an appointment, then had to leave town on an urgent family matter that took longer than expected. When I returned and tryed to make a new appointment I learned that not only had they rescheduled without my knowledge and counted it as a miss, but the were not interested in my situation. Very rude, very uncaring for a place called 'family'.

My family and I have been clients for many years here at the Burlington, Ky office. Hubby changed insurance, due to employment change. I was told by Kristy, our insurance is out of network and they would cover 2 cleanings per year and 1 set of xrays. I have 2 small fillings, which I was quoted an out of pocket amount, which I brought with me today. My hubby and I both took off work and came in for our 11:10 appt. I AM NOW being quoted an entirely different amount, which truly makes me angry. After so many years coming to Mortenson's, I now need to find a new dentist and my entire day is screwed up; plus, we lost work pay and all they can say is SORRY??? The right hand never knows what the left hand is doing!! If you come here for any out of pocket cost....call ahead and make sure the amount has not changed!!!

I'm usually scared or nervous when I go to the dentist but I wasn't at all and I didn't have to wait long.

Dr. Turner is absolutely fantastic! Anytime a dentist can do an extraction without causing pain and has me laughing - without nitrous - it's a good thing! Thanks for making me laugh and for greatly improving my smile.
