I just had ACL replacement surgery through Dr. Farr and while the surgery seems to have gone well, I've had complications since. Every. Single. Time. That I call that doctors office, the receptionist/nurse/whoever answers the phone is INVARIABLY rude. I call because I'm worried about infection, and you get snippy when I try to explain my symptoms? 

 Ridiculously unprofessional.

look out if you need surgery they don't care about your pain management at all...they will not call in medication that your insurance will cover they don't care. sad.....promise for pain management denied

Do not go to Dr Farr!! I have been there now twice for my broken ankle. The first time he sent me to get an MRI without even physically looking at my ankle.  So I went and had the MRI. ( I had to pay $500 out of pocket for this) A week goes by and I didn't hear anything about my results. I finally called and the staff told me they have had my results and if I wanted to make an appointment to get the results. They wouldn't give me any information over the phone. So I went in to get my results (paying another copay) and all he said was that I had to go and see a foot and ankle doctor! WTF couldn't tell me that on the phone. I had to to take the whole day off work! He not personable at all. I had to ask a million questions and he didn't give me any answers! This doctor's office is a joke! I have wasted over $600 and still have no answers! In the meantime I am walking around on a broken ankle...
