It's been very difficult to reach anyone in the office and being routed to the call center is not my preferred way of doing business. I've called during the posted open hours because of the need to speak to my office branch but no one ever answers.

Customer since 1999. Lived in the building upstairs from this business. Renters insurance, Home Owners insurance, 3 cars. all with Morton. Won't return my calls, staff is uninformed, unhelpful, rude. Once they have your accounts don't expect them to respect you or represent you as a customer of State Farm
