Owned & operated by Chris Morton & Tim Ryan, Morton’s Wisconsinn offers true tavern dining in the finest Wisconsin tradition featuring a full service restaurant menu and stocked bar. Located in downtown Cedarburg, you’ll notice the unique decor and memorabilia as you enter the historic building, which was built in 1905.
Aside from a full beer list , Morton’s is best known for it’s homemade food by Chef Tim Ryan with favorites like our Jalapeño Blue Cheese Bratwurst, Sausages & BYO Burgers. While Ryan is busy in the kitchen, Chris Morton, runs the the bar operation with Bloody Marys that feature an in house infused vodka. Stop in for live music or Mexican food every Wednesday with sounds from blues, jazz or bluegrass, Friday Fish Fry or Sunday Brunch.
