What do you look for in a Dr Office? Someone who knows you is good. A place where you can get in. They need to communicate with you in a timely way. Hopefully billing won't be a nightmare. Mosaic is located around Kearney, Excelsior, and Liberty. We have been to all three locations. They always make our family feel welcome. They listen and give a reasonable diagnosis. I like this group and I like the way they run their practice.

My girlfriend has been using this clinic and I don't feel they have done their part to figure out what's wrong with her. The tests they've run have come up negative and now they're just writing off her issues, which persist. I also heard her make an appointment over the phone, we both set ourselves reminders for date and time, had to reschedule other appointments to make the time quoted, then we get there and get told her appointment was at an earlier time. No apologies were offered by the clinic, whoever was at the front desk was even snotty about it like it was my girlfriend's fault she was told the wrong time, and now she has to wait a week to be seen. I don't want her to go back to a place that treats her so poorly.

This office is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! everyone always has a smile on their face and so helpful! I would Recommend this office to anyone!!!

Was initially very happy. I have only been there twice. Today I called and specifically asked for a quantiFERON, for those not in the medical field this is a blood test to check for TB. Karmen's (the NP) nurse I spoke to said they can do it anytime today and I don't need an appointment. I show up just before 1pm and wait 20 minutes, for a "nurse" to come out and ask if I wanted a quantiferon or a shot? I said I need the quantiferon done, she says well we don't have the kits for that, you'll have to go to the hospital. I said I specifically called and asked for the quantiferon and then to wait and waste my time for something you don't do is unacceptable. I then called and wanted to speak directly to Karmen, but reached her other nurse and expressed my disappointment with their incompetence and wasting my time. She then made excuses and I said the "nurses" should know the difference between quantiferons and a skin test aka a PPD aka a Mantoux test and which ones your office offers.

Very friendly inviorement. Both my wife and I sign up for primary doctor here because we love the service here.
