We added an addition to our kitchen, a kitchen remodel as well as new flooring and new stairs. They also added a deck and a three season porch. We were very happy with the end result. The workers were always very polite and respectful. Bob Keene was out project manager and I highly recommend him. He was easily accessible and was available to answer any questions we had. We had some hiccups, but every project does, and he was on top of it and were able to get them resolved easily. Love our new living space!!

In the market for a new grill, we decided to go with natural gas versus propane. We called Moss to tie our grill into our gas line. Frank, the plumber, came out, looked at the grill we had purchased and read the manual to be sure he knew precisely what was needed for this particular grill. He ran the hose, hooked up the grill and had everything working in short order. A few days later, I decided I did not like the height at which the gas hose ran. I called Dana at Moss and, without hesitation, she had Frank come back out and move the hose to a level I found more aesthetically appealing. This was done at no extra charge. I have had Moss do many projects and this is typical of their customer service. I will continue to use Moss for projects large and small.

Had Moss add an additional outlet to our outdoor patio space. On the day of it turned out that they needed to do some additional digging to bury the line in order to make the outlet be placed in the appropriate space. The guys at Moss did it with ease and without adding anything to the original quote price!! Would use them again.

Moss remodeled our kitchen for us several years ago. Work included knocking down a wall, new cabinetry/countertops, backsplash, and a new configuration. Work was completed within the time frame we were told. We were very pleased with the level of workmanship, communication, and the entire process start to finish. I never hesitate to recommend Moss to my friends!
