Moss & Company will work with it's tenants in a caring and understanding way that ensures you feel at home in your home.  Customer service of this level is hard to come by these days. I would recommend Moss & Company.

Do not live at any of their properties. I applied for an apartment on 11/22/17, provided the banking information for them to pull the $40 fee from my account and still have not heard from them after they took the $40 out. Countless emails and call with the response of "Someone will get back to you ASAP". Find somewhere else to live!

I don't think Moss & Co could be anymore useless. They can't provide me with my current bill, they can't tell me why I can't get into the website to pay online anymore, they can't tell me why my apartment is the only unit without bars. I've left my callback number and never get a return. So frustrating. They're a company who's motto is essentially "there's nothing I can do"

Worst company ever idk how is it that they are still running in business it’s sad because they claim to be fair housing and customer service is priority but it’s not true Chris Gray is a little b**** literally was raised out of his mother’s pocket. Baldwin Hills Collection is the worst they are super bias against Latinos I came in there to apply and they said nothing was available shortly after that I saw them taking another customer to a vacancy ?? All they care about is money nothing else hope this company shuts down soon
