Moss is an incredibly beautiful store and I wanted to highlight their amazing customer service. My best friend and I signed up for a wine & design air plant class, got a flat tire on the way and missed the class. However, the owner still allowed us to design our terrarium's as she cleaned up and she still explained everything to us as she did with the class! She was understanding of our car issues and my friend & I basically had the place to ourselves and still got a glass of wine to enjoy while we did our designs. Excellent customer service, beautiful plants, gifts, decor and more. I absolutely love this place!

Excellent aesthetic taste and design. They’ve always been super helpful with offering help and helping understand what to do with my plants. They sell their products as a byproduct of genuinely wanting to help you succeed with your plants.  Sometimes I go there just to walk around and relax because the store is so welcoming. Favorite plant store in Iowa City.

Awesome place! Love their selection of greeneries - and great service too. Lots of nice books to read through if you don't know much. 

Only thing is that they're priced out of my range. Great place to go for ideas though.
