Had stayed at this Motel 6 years ago, and noticed the changes to the rooms.  Remembered that soap was provided but not shampoo, so I made sure to bring my own (which came in handy). Also saw the carpet was removed in favor of hardwood floors throughout the room, which I thought was a bit strange for the bathroom. Price was right.  Only problem was with check-in.  Got there 10:30pm on Sat night, and no attendant at front desk.  Sign said 'back in 5 minutes or less'.  Waited less than 10 minutes.

Great location. Was surprised at how quiet our room was.  Pool was small but clean.  Room doesn't have shampoo, lotion, microwave, frig or coffeepot, but I don't use that stuff anyway.  Price reflects it compared to other places in the area.  Nice room for a nice price.  Disappointed that I had to pay for wifi, but given the price.  I won't complain.  Dish network only, but we managed to find something on when we return at the end of the day.

Everything was awesome! We stayed in Motel 6 in Altoona,Pa. It is at a great location near many dining options.. the room was very,very neat and clean. Nice in decor... Overall,it is best in the area in my opinion! My 20 year old granddaughter stayed with me.. she was in awe as soon as she opened the door.. She loved the hard wood floors!! The deal clerk was very nice, very polite...I had booked the room online earlier in the day.. We had no problems upon arrival.. She had all the info..I paid and we were done.. No hassles, no fuss! I'll stay there again for site!

Surprisingly perfect little place for a quick overnight on a long road trip. Our room was a little musty, but otherwise impressively clean and modern with brand new wood panel floors. Plus, the staff who checked us in at 11pm was bright eyed and incredibly nice. Thanks for a great stay!

The room I stayed in was nice.  It was clean, although there was a smudge on the bathtub.  When I got in to shower the floor of the tub felt like it was giving a bit.  Would have been nice to have a mini fridge and free wifi but it was only a two night stay so for the price it was good.
