Although the rooms need updating (and this is underway), it is very clean (crisp white sheets!), well equipped (fridge and microwave), and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful--and the am coffee is superb! It is near a Winn Dixie and very good restaurant. There is ample dog walking space available.

The most disgusting room I have ever rented and we are on the roads a lot. First started where 2 lights were out, it was a non smoking room but stunk of smoke, and the bathroom floor was completely dirty. I understand the difference between old and dirty. Then i opened up the sheets to see part.of the box spring which had a French fry and other food. I was sick so just needed rest. I crawled under the sheets and immediately started getting bitten by fleas. My husband thought I was crazy because I was freaking out about the other things. But when I finally woke him out of dead sleep at 3 am he then saw them himself. We immediately asked for another room. Not much better with the 2nd room but at least no fleas (and the smell was better) but everything else just as gross. We had to get on the road super early so didn't have time to talk to a manager but we Will! No one should have to pay for that!!!!!

We were evacuees from South Florida. I reserved the room ahead. We were exhausted from the stop and go drive. After arriving to our room we discovered the toilet didn't work. I called the desk to report. The desk clerk said she had been unable to reach to maintenance man and there were no other rooms available. We went down to the entrance to find an alternate bathroom. She said that one was not working either. In addition, the curtains were torn and could not be completely closed. The room had an unpleasant smell. The sheets looked questionable! All in all..... a very unpleasant experience. The desk clerk apologized for the problems and said she would speak to the manager about a discount. According to my account I have been charged the full amount. I tried calling, but have not been able to get through. I am very disappointed and a little angry. I think I should be credited the entire amount. It would be the right thing to do.

We checked in fairly late 1:30 AM, our first room was already occupied so imagine my shock and their shock when I open the door and we saw each other! Our next room the bed had black hair all over it! ! It was so late and we were so tired I did not go to the lobby and say anything I just took the cover off of the bed.

The hotel was just what I needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lisa at the front desk was awesome, the rate was good and her customer service was excellent. I will definitely stay here again when I'm passing through town. Satisfied Trucker
