good location but should change the sign so you come in at the office instead of into the back area of the parking lot.  Sign is a bit hard to spot.  Room clean and neat.  Liked the set up and plugs so I could sit at table and use my laptop. negatives: only one trash can.  Maid didn't leave towels or replace them on second day, so I only had one towel and one washcloth on the second night.  heater/ cooler doesn't shut off when it gets to the set temp -- you have to turn it off or adjust it.

The room was clean, but the overall safety and cleanliness of the motel as a whole was a little questionable. Also, the room was non-smoking, yet the room smelled like smoke. This being said, the price worked for our budget. Overall, I’ve stayed at nicer motel 6 locations that provided a more family friendly atmosphere.

We found it to be very clean .
Updated furniture and overall rooms.
Fast and friendly office personnel.
Easy access to vending machines.
Will recommend...

My name is Joe Callahan, I use motel 6 almost exclusively throughout the western US ( CP4VU764). I stayed at this location for 3 nights. The first night, my room was not made-up the next day. The desk clerk gave me some fresh towels and offered to make the bed, I declined. the next day the bed was made but the room was not cleaned and the towels were not replaced.
As i indicated we stay with you all quite frequently, some locations are better than others. 
this one was not so great.

One of the worst Motel/Hotels I have ever stayed at. First thing we saw were prostitutes, then our bed linens were not clean. There was hair all in the sheets and top covers. Room smelled so bad like cigarettes. We ended up changing rooms. Which was a tad cleaner. Beds were uncomfortable. A.C. wouldn't go past low. Then at 230am ppl all over slamming doors and the sounds of sex coming from all corners. Overall everything felt dirty even the towels. Front desk was accommodating but that was it as far as positive feed back.
