Everything was really good. Very friendly staff. I have stayed at this Motel 6 numerous times (at least a dozen times..if not more) The reason I keep coming back is because of the hospitality from beginning to end. Rooms are clean..the pool is nice. The ONLY reason I don't give it a five star is the hot tub has not worked in years...i can tell because the hot tub is showing rust and that is not a good sight. Other than that..as always a great stay!

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and it was peaceful there. I would stay again when in the area. Very good service.

It nice to be able to get room at fair price. My husband was having his sleep study at this hotel so was nice to get room here for a great price. The people was nice. And the rooms was clean. The rooms are not fancy with micowave and little refrigerator but for a one night stay it was okay. I did miss having breakfast in the morning because most hotel have breakfast food that you can get. If we need to stay up there again I would pick it.

The price was really good and the pictures online looked nice so we felt like we had made a good choice. Well, it was a huge disappointment!  Our shower had hair in it...and not just a small "missed" hair. Long black hair stuck on the shower wall. It clearly had not been cleaned at all and that grossed us out. There was also hair on the vanity.  😞
I had to go to the front desk and get cleaner and clean the shower myself because the cleaning staff were all gone. They did offer for us to change rooms but we had already unpacked everything. 
I also wiped the back ledge of the vanity and got so much dirt off that it must not have been cleaned for months. It was so dirty. And we also wanted to get in the hot tub  but it was out of service. ☹ This was not a pleasant stay.

This was my first stay at a Motel 6. I usually stay at the nearby Red Roof Inn when I visit Medina. It is rather run down and the service is poor. This time I decided to try Motel 6. First, I didn't realize I had to bring my own toiletries such as soap. The water ran in the shower all night and the metal springs in the bed popped every time I moved. Since I arrived very late, I just wanted to sleep and didn't take the time to complain. I tried to call the hotel office the day before I arrived and let the phone ring 20 times with no answer.
On the plus side the entire facility was very clean, the room was spotless. Cable TV selection was far superior to Red Roof and the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. 
Overall though, I would rather spend the extra $3.00. for a room at Red Roof and get the toiletries and breakfast.
