This is a no frills hotel that is good for a night's sleep. It is a clean and basic place to stay right off the 401. I didn't find the traffic noise to be a problem but could definitely hear my neighbours loud and clear. Since the noise was before 11pm we didn't contact front desk. I figured it wasn't their problem the walls are thin and they were having fun. That being said I would stay here again because I always travel with ear plugs. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was lousy in the shower. If you are travelling with children I would bring a HDMI cord because the television doesn't get many stations. This isn't important to me but might be an issue if you need to entertain a young one.

Pretty good for a very basic night stay.  I haven't stayed at a Motel 6 since I was a kid, and when my last experience was a nightmare.  This place is newer and quite well maintained.  Just don't go expecting miracles.  The walls are thin and the rooms have tiny windows that give it a closed in feel, but the property does have very friendly staff and is great value for the price.  It even has a gym and free coffee/tea and prepackaged muffins for breakfast.  And location wise, it is very conveniently just off the 401.

The value was excellent when you just need a perfect place to sleep, bath and be comfortable.  The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable and there were extras like a microwave and fridge so it was possible to eat in the room if desired.   There were 3 well- stocked vending machines in lobby and very friendly reception staff. We stayed 3 nights and have no complaints whatsoever.

Basic, Modern well priced. Despite being next to highway, it was very quiet. Rooms were modern, and  clean. I did have issues with the floors... I prefer non-carpet floors, but they need to be properly cleaned. The floors in my room were gritty and a bit sticky. There was a little dust/dirt around the night stand and where they keep the TV remote, but it was minimal. Bathroom and linens were clean. Muffins and coffee are available for breakfast which is fair for the price I paid. I would stay here again and I would consider other Motel6 locations.

The night staff was incredibly helpful, and courteous.( front desk)

We switched rooms, because we found half dead flies on our beds and floor, and hair on the towel.

The sheets were never changed.

My bed was made once, but never for my coworker.

Thanksgiving weekend; Flood in our room.
 I was told they couldn't fix it on a holiday.

Office staff, wonderful. 
Rooms, terrible.
