I've stayed in quite a few M6's around the country, and so far, this one is the best.  Very large room for a M6, and an enormous bathroom/tub.  (I was assigned a handicapped room, perhaps this is why.)  Newly remodeled, well thought out - 6 separate outlets , at least one on each wall!  (Rare for even high-end hotels.)  Good price, 11am checkout instead of 10.  Really, this room is nicer than many $100+ rooms I've stayed in at other chains.

Our room was warm & toasty on a cold ugly windy day. No microwave, refrigerator or tub, a in a corner shower instead. They also put us in a room two doors down from the office that is use by employees ALL NIGHT LONG & they could have put us else were on a Monday night off season! I could swear they were vacuuming & cleaning a room upstairs at 2am?  So other then that it's a basic Motel 6

Poor excuse of a hotel, the general manager was an inconsiderate, pushy, sad excuse for a manager. I myself am a general manager here in Cheyenne Wyoming and I can safely say that I would never and have never treated any of my guests as such and I see thousands of them a day. There were multiple things that went wrong during our stay and nothing that went wrong or was wrong got fixed or nothing was offered as a consolation for their shoddy service. I definitely will be letting everyone I know no not to stay here and I myself will never be staying at a Motel 6 again I even called the customer service line to let Motel 6 higher-ups know what a bad job is general manager was doing and even the call center attendance were pushy and uninformed. Front desk gave someone that wasn't staying the night but came with me a key to the room even though he was not checked in as one of the guests/ adults. Upon doing so a certain amount of my belongings went missing . Beyond causing a large Security risk for me and my family, front desk staff was ordered to trained and very uninformed about the regular procedures that should be standard in any hotel. Do not stay here you will be disappointed if you do. they will lure you with lower prices and all the hotels in the area but the price actually reflects the level of care that the staff here takes for their guests. Still have not heard back from customer service concerning my stay. Sad.

Stayed here on 1-13-2018 and was immediately greeted by Heather. She accommodated my need in a very professional manor. She made sure to mention new updates to the hotel and provided a great room close to my truck and camp trailer. Recommend Motel 6 in Cheyenne!! Heather deserves a nice pat on the back with a nice pay raise!

This location in Cheyenne WY was clean.  The room was perfect for a couple nights stay.  We had a very late check in and they were very accommodating.  The 2nd day, the room was cleaned and everything was good.  Batteries in the TV remote were dead, but we didn't go ask for new ones as we didn't watch a lot of TV.
