My stay at this hotel was a pleasure. I had problems with my door but it was fixed almost immediately. The staff is great, friendly, polite, respectful I bought the internet 2X and did not receive the email i was told i would get. The internet was not the best, it was slow and irritating. But my thoughts would be, "this is what is expected when satellite is being used." I would like to see the outside of the building be a little cleaner, with that being said, i feel the parking lot and sidewalks could use a good power wash. The snow on the sidewalks was not shoveled very well and it was very slippery. Since the water falls onto the sidewalk from above the edge was very icy and I feel dangerous. Also, since we can not have coffee makers in the rooms, it would be nice if coffee was available in the evenings. I have recommended to my co-workers this is a nice place to stay, I was comfortable, it was convenient for work and the room is nice. P.S. there are a few pieces of furniture I would like to buy, so let me know when you are doing your yearly sale of furniture. (T.V stand, night stand and hanging mirror.) Thank you

The bathroom was not clean and in fact the only things done to it was the trash can emptied and the toilet paper roll pretty new. The shower had soap scum on the shelf and the floor was not cleaned. We had checked into our room and had to leave for an appointment before checking the room over immediately or we would have h as d our room changed. I also found hair in the bed that were not mine so I suspect the bed sheets were not cleaned. I realize the motel wants to save water but it still needs to be cleaned between rentals.

I had the pleasure of staying here over the Christmas Holiday, the staff is very kind and courteous! The room was very clean so a special shout out to the housekeeping department for keeping the rooms clean. The room was a little cold but the weather outside had a huge part of that with negative degrees. I hope that all the staff had a wonderful and joyful Christmas and we will see you again soon! Thanks Motel 6 in Casper Wyoming!

Need to get thermometers in the rooms so that guests can regulate it for their comfort. We walked in to our room and it was at least 85 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. The night manager was great. As well as the morning manager whe we left. Very pleasant experience, just the room was too dang hot.

Excellent value. Room was small and clean. Took several minutes for shower to get warm water. The check-in was silly: A new corporate policy that requires ALL of the adults in the room to show ID? My wife had stayed in the car, and I had to go back outside to get her driver's license. This is a BAD idea. If it becomes the norm in the industry, then fine. I can expect that and not have to make two trips. But if not, I doubt I will continue to stay at Motel 6 in the future. I stay in hundreds of hotels over the years and have NEVER been asked to do this before Rethink this policy and end it.
