The check in clerk, Joanna was very friendly, helpful and professional. The staff when we called about the TV going out was very open and honest that the whole building had gone out. They were very patient and nice about it and had someone coming to fix it. Other staff we ran into while going back to our room was friendly also. The rooms are very basic, but very clean. The grounds were also very good, even though it had snowed. The heater hummed all night, but it didn't bother me. Honestly I was thankful it worked, as it got down to negative 16 degrees. The 12 noon check out was nice since we had been up since 3am eastern standard time and had to spend extra time on the roads due to the ice. I am going to give this place a 5 star because it is so clean, the staff were so friendly and it didn't claim to be anything it wasn't. If you have gotten use to having a coffee pot, carpet in your room, extra towels and blankets, extra toiletries (more than a bar of soap), quiet heating and ac, etc. And you want those things stay somewhere else. If all you need is to feel safe, a clean room and bathroom, then this is perfect for you.

Great price and location. We were traveling through with pets and wanted outside access. Met all our needs. Rooms are a tad small, but other then that its great. Front desk staff, Tracy provided excellent service!

Extremely clean the greatest staff! Both the evening and morning front desk ladies were very friendly and offered to be of any help we needed. This Motel 6 is the best! The price also was surprisingly reasonable. But again, the staff, I just can't say enough about how wonderful we were treated. If staying in Rock Springs Wyoming none of the fancy motels/hotels compare to this Motel in friendliness, cleanliness, and price.

Very friendly staff! This motel is pet friendly so that's a plus for many travelers. Clean, well kept grounds and large well lit parking lot. Well worth the money and easy access on and off the highway. Renovated within the past year and has nice size, clean rooms.

We stayed here one night while moving across country. Overall, we had a good experience. Tracy who checked us in at the front counter, was super friendly and helpful. She was amazing! The room itself was clean and quiet. I felt like the room was a great value. Would stay here again without hesitation. Close to stores and restaurants.
