Checked in close to 1 in the morning and the guy at the desk was super nice. He was quick, which was awesome cause we were tired! He also gave us complimentary WiFi so shout-out to him! Downside, horrible beds. Horrible. Super hard and I think we felt every spring. Pillows were super flat and the blankets were pretty thin. It was ridiculously loud outside however that part was expected. What wasn't expected was the dirty room. I mean, to start there was a half empty water bottle on the windowsill, next to the dead bugs. There was urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat as well as hair in the shower. That's just gross. The staff were super friendly though. Just a huge bummer about the room quality, seeing as I paid so much for it. Like, I really wish I could do a "0" for room cleanliness. If you're gonna "leave the light on", please make sure it's clean.

Overall condition of room was good.  There were a couple things I wasn't real pleased with: 1.  There were about 5 flies in the room that I needed to kill. 2. The sink didn't drain very well.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.  The reservation staff I spoke to on phone to upgrade room to get a microwave was very helpful and friendly.

The room served my needs very well, good value and not a lot of added features that I wasn't going to use.

I am a no frills kind of person, a clean room and a good bed is what I want. The bed was great the room fairly clean. There was no shampoo no hair dryer not even a tissue to blow my nose! We had to pay extra for WFI. I would have been good with all of it if the price would have been a lot lower!

Absolutely no amenities. Extremely small room. Smelled of stale smoke. I paid for two nights but only stayed one because we were so uncomfortable.  went across town and got a nice room. Paid twice for that night but it was worth it.

The women at the front desk was awesome, cheerful and welcoming. From there it went straight down.

The stay was very nice.
The lady at the front desk was outgoing and friendly.
Only problem was that I left my cell phone plug in the room.
I was hoping to hear that they have it, but did not.
