Very clean. Basic amenities, nothing fancy. But the staff and manager are excellent! My 4 year old son left his blanket there, which has his name embroidered on it and he is very attached to, so it's irreplaceable. We didn't figure it out until we got home, 5 hours away. The manager was super helpful and understanding in getting it back to us. And the housekeeper even washed it before they sent it.

Bed bugs in my room and they wouldn't refund my money! I should have read the reviews because there are many others saying the same thing over the past few months and the response is always the same:  that they take it very seriously. Something needs to be done about this and until it is, I would not recommend anyone stay here. I stay in cheap motels all of the time and I never complain but I cannot deal with bugs. I would rather sleep out in the cold.. I was too tired to drive so I had to go across the street and pay 90 dollars for a more expensive hotel and I didn't get my money back from this one.. I had to throw out my clothes and leave my pillow behind because I'm not bringing bed bugs with me! I just want my money back..

It is within walking distance of the mall, pet-friendly, nice young lady at the front desk. Good for the low price. Pay more if you need it to be fancy or above moderate comfort. For a night, I like it inexpensive!

Worst experience of my 51 yrs on this Earth! Had some work done on my home and needed somewhere for me and my boys to stay..Kelli at the desk was rude from the beginning I asked for a smoking room and it wasn't available which was fine. We were told that there would be a charge if we smoked which I already knew.. I didn't complain about the dirty socks under the bed or barely having any tissue but 3 hours later we are woken up being accused of smoking marijuana!! The manager entered the room threatened to call the police and there was no smoke or anything in the room then the house keeper says we smelled like weed when we came in! Well why did you rent us a room then?? I have never been so insulted in my life and I will sue! I'd like to actually do something if I am going to get accused of it! Got a refund on the room and accidentally left my insulin in the room,went back to get it and Kelli had something smart to say when I came back as if it wasn't insulin! Rudest service,dirty rooms and housekeeper's that don't clean rooms but tell lies on innocent people... I will take this up with a lawyer

The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. 
The floors could have been quite a bit cleaner in the room. 
There was barely any water pressure coming from the shower. 
I will stay again on my next trip through, to see if the room is cleaner than the last time. 
If it isn't, I will invest a few more dollars to stay at a hotel with a reputation for cleanliness.
