We did not stay we missed cancellation time by 5 minutes.
The clerk would not wavier on a refund, or even charging us half price.
So cant give you rating!!!
I work in customer service if no refund or half price a coupon to stay another time would have been a nice gesture on Motel 6 part.

Surprised you didn't have Kleenex box, small shampoo bottle, AC went on and off too often.....too loud.  But for a hundred bucks what could we expect.  It was nicely quiet, the help was very cordial, but the pillows, my God, we went to Costco and bought COMFORTABLE pillows...sorry, but they are very poor.

Motel 6 has always have been a really great motel to stay at..I like that you can feel and be comfortable.

Love the renovation and no carpet. Lots of lights and electrical outlets. Staff was great and very helpful.

Stayed in a remodeled room and liked the laminate floors instead of carpeting. Hope there will be some sort of art work on the walls in the future. Rather bare without anything. Hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. Hotel is close to restaurants and shopping.
