Very nice. Thankfully that I was not swayed by the negative reviews about this location. Yes, there was the smell of cigarettes in the hallways, but my visit was not to spend time in the hallways. The room was clean and fresh with a great view. I had a wonderful 2 night stay on 1/4/18 & 1/5/18 during a snow storm. Check in was at 3:00 pm but I arrived in town on 1/4/18 around 8:45 a.m. just as the storm hit town. I called the front desk and asked if I was able to check in early: No problem. I will be back for sure!

I had an unexpected stayover in the Providence area and found this hotel to be within my budget. Although off a main highway the place was fairly quiet. Some people seem like they live there but the place was clean. The front desk was helpful with restaurants in the area I believe her name was Janet. I would stay again if I had to.

I gave them one star because I couldn’t give them less. The price for a room was supposed to be $66. They made me pay $71. When I arrived, receptionist was playing video game and wasn’t even paying attention to me. It’s a non-smoking building. However the WHOLE ground floor smelled like cigarette. The room smelled like pure cigarette. I couldn’t sleep because I’m a non-smoker and the smell was too strong. Stay away from this place. Sick ...

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean....no pictures on the walls no shampoo but for the price it's understandable. I stayed just to get away from roommates for the weekend and it served it's purpose.

Absolutely the worst hotel ever! My family has been staying here since 10/31, and I am currently writing this from our room. The staff here are very rude. Nothing but the smells of marijuana. I mean we had a downstairs room and because we had complained about chemical and pot fumes which staff told us were due to construction upstairs, we're told we had to cancel our stay,and make a NEW reservation for another room which is upstairs where they're doing construction. Staff tends to make up their own prices for a room, or while your staying in the room and wanted to extend your stay, they rent the room out from under you. The staff also likes to talk down to people or make dirty faces at people Or, if your disabled they will threaten you, as I have a leg discrepancy and was told if I didn't move a shopping cart I used to get back to the hotel off the property, management will kick my family out into the cold! Manager seems to have a issue with his anger and should invest in anger management, also have been seen throwing homeless people out of motel and into cold ,some for no reasoning whatsoever. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, this place is extremely nasty. A homeless person was being helped out by their church charity and the receptionist was making snide remarks at them like "Oh, it's so cold outside! I cant wait to go home and have a warm drink!" I mean someone should consider up-hauling the entire staff here and getting rid of them and putting in staff that actually care about the people here instead of people who allow drug use and prostitution, crime (there was an armed robbery/assault here with police called), among other issues. I mean thank God, I know some Spanish, because to talk to the housekeeping you have to be bilingual because they're non-English speaking or can only understand some. Corporate Offices should investigate this place ASAP!
