Motel 6 Savannah is a small hotel located about 15 minutes off of I-95. The check-in process was quick but front desk agent could have been a little bit more hospitable. The room was humid and had a smell to cigarette. The A/C was very noisy and depending on the room you get you might get traffic noise. Cleanliness could/should be improved specially the bathroom. Other than the above mentioned caveats, the rates were extremely low considering lodging in the area was fully booked due to hurricane Irma.

I think this motel is very pleasant I love the customer service with the front desk the manager is a nice guy & has gotten rid of the rift raft that use to hang out in the parking lot & since I have noticed a new house keeper not to be racist but she is a Caucasian women who is very polite & friendly and she caters to your needs as far as freshening my room when I left for a few now that's what I call customer service

It has been awhile since I have stayed at this establishment yes might I say but it has been a complete 360 of the service & conditions of the motel from when i stayed awhile ago my room was very clean and yes I did have a issue of the bed sheets but once the house keeper reassured me that the sheets were changed and she purposely changed them herself that day but  yet she still went above and beyond & changed them again anyway for my comfort now thats what I call customer service at its finest will be returning back I love the management great team

Absolutely, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Terribly unsafe feeling. Rude front desk. Dirty room. I took photos of my bathroom, it was repulsive. The shower drain was clogged with hair, the bath tub was deplorable. I couldn't even use it. Dirty toilet. The floor was so filthy it left the bottom of my feet black. I reserved a non-smoking room but was put in a smoking without any mention. It reeked. The sheets were stained. I cannot believe this location is still in business! I love the value I receive at most motel 6 locations when I'm on the road, but this stay has me rethinking things. Yuck!!

I would never in my life use this hotel due to the unprofessionalism of its staff I am a truck driver and I have my room book not knowing that check-in was at 3 but when you have a company that's booking rooms from you on a constant basis you would expect them to go the extra mile I called customer service and they say the manager at the hotel say he does not have any rooms available or ready but I'm sitting here looking at 5 rooms with nobody has slept in and they cannot even have the common decency to give me one of them rooms early even though I got here early and you cannot sit in the lobby while the managers outputting upgraded car parts on his Maserati and you cannot fit in a Lobby when he's on his lunch break so I must sit in the hot weather until check-in time I'm wondering when do they ever have time to give customer care or appreciation for a room is just sitting I must sit in the weather for 6 Plus hours I guess that's why they call it Motel 6 cuz if you get into early you will sit for 6 hours and it only gets one star because that's the only way I can send this through is if I give them a star but they really do not deserve a start at all I wish they had negative star here
