Based on some feedback I read online before our trip, I was a bit leery of how the place might be. We had a very nice stay. The room was clean, beds were clean. Housekeeping was great. When we arrived, we asked for a room on the pool side, hoping it would be quieter. It was no problem, and it was quieter. Other guests were no issue. It is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, no extras. Very convenient to the highway and stores.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was on a budget and this was perfect Hotel it's time the employees were friendly the place was clean. I was able to do my laundry in there laundry room, and there was a place to get something to eat literally 20 feet away from the restaurant and a convenience store in the same parking lot

There was sand inside the sheets of the bed. Not a lot, but enough to know the sheets hadn't been changed since the last guest used them. I set the heater on low, but it kept blowing hot air anyway. I suppose that's better than being too cold.

5 stars for the motel. Nice, clean and easy. Not a high end Hotel. It is by the highway. A bit noisy

So the staff was GREAT! Very prompt and courteous service when asked for extra towels and blankets, check-in, and check-out. The condition of this place is very run-down. The shower knob barely works, no hair dryer in the room, floors scratched and worn, TV mounted at an angle and unmovable, and dust and dirt on every horizontal surface (at least those surfaces that aren't "normally" cleaned (TV mount behind the TV, all the cords in the room, window tracks, mold lines on the fiberglass shower shell (about eye level for me at 70" or so), on the wall sconce brackets and backing plate, and EVERY vent fan cover was packed with dust and hair and dirt).
