BAD EXPERIENCE! We booked this stay on Motel 6 website for 4 people. When we arrive at 11pm there was an error saying it was only 2 people. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and helpful but told us that we would have to pay extra for the 2 people even though we had booked through their website and it was the websites glitch that had messed up the reservations. After calling the 2 managers they refused to add the 2 people at no cost. The gentleman at the front went out of his way to do his best to make this right. He ended up getting his manager to add only one person rather than 2 which we were very greatful for. Regardless I found the situation to be handled poorly by the managers. We will NEVER return to this Motel 6 and most likely will avoid any location. THIS WAS THEIR MISTAKE THAT THEY REFUSED TO MAKE RIGHT VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE AND REPRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY! Plus the rooms were very low quality for the price. The only reason I am rating this a 2 is because the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to try and help. This us who you should have managing!

Everything was wonderful, but your manager was very cold to me. She would not look at me when talking. I was waiting patiently for my room. There was a few more people waiting also. When she said my room was ready I didnt even know she was talking to me. She did not look at me, or say my name. She has no smile. The other girls that worked the front desk were very pleasant. The overall motel was very nice and I loved the hard wood floors.

Absolutely wonderful service!  Beds were made everyday and room tidied up, always felt fresh and new.  The pool was wonderful too, the kids went in it everyday all day and I never found anything unsanitary about.  A wonderful stay! Next time though I would book directly with the hotel instead of an online 3rd party, better discounts possibly especially for traveling workers.

Super personable staff.  I have stayed here many times.  The rooms are very clean and the bed was fresh and firm.  They even made a point to make me coffee extra early on my departure date.  Thanks Mariah!

We always bring our own pillows when we travel.  This time we ended up forgetting them in the room.  I called the motel the following evening when we discovered we didn't have them.  They had them and held them for us until some friends of ours were passing through and could pick them up for us.  First, I was thankful they didn't just throw them away.  Second that they would hold them for us.  It was much appreciated.
