Location was excellent, just a block off Hwy 99. Every staff member we came into contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Acommodations were very satisfactory and everything was as expected. I made our reservation with the My6 app and saved a bit of money, too. We will stop there again.

Management was friendly. Next room there was a dog making much noise, so they changed the room for me. However, my new room had dirt spots on the floor and I have seen insects (pictured). House keeping needs to be better than that.

In several motel 6, I stayed in, they tell you that their system is down and they will give you the room only if you pay cash. So, you have to pay cash without any receipt.

Walter checked me in. He was very nice and helpful. He was able to give  me recommendation for food and things to do around the area. 

The room was remodeled, which is great! But the floor were not clean at all. There was bug carcasses on the floor in the bathroom and bugs crawling on the floor in the room. The bathroom tiles which should be white or an off white, was grey and black. The wood floor was also very dirty. I have no clue when the last time your maid service touched those floor but my guess would be maybe 6 months. It was disgusting!

And the batteries for the remote were held in by scotch tape. No backing, just scotch tape.

The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Lots of food, gas and things to do in the area.

Check-in went smooth and the room was as expected. 
        The bathroom fan needs replacing. It sounds as if the bearings are wearing out. The fan also needs cleaning. Ask yourself how many other fans need cleaning and replacing?

Several flys in the room as well as the bathroom, lights above beds did not work. We stay at Motel 6 when traveling.  Recognize that sometimes we get a poorer room... that's life.  Hope this info helps fix the problem in Turlock.
