Service was surprisingly quick for a Motor Vehicle location. Review of ID requirements went quickly and direction was to correct line was actually correct! Both my license update and registration renewal was handled at the same window one bill no problems and the clerk was professional and courteous. All in all not the BS I've experienced in the past. Didn't even have time to read a page of the book I had brought along to help pass the time. LOL.

I was in for a drivers license renewal that required the State"s 6 point Identification verification.  I went to the Mount Holly office.  I live in Delran.  It was a Saturday.  Naturally, there were many people there to do what they can't do during the work week.    

The process was straight forward.  Of course, folks,  you have to wait.  That is what happens when many people gather in one place to request service.  That is true whether the office is a government agency or a private or corporate business.  Waiting your turn is something that we were supposed to learn in elementary school.  Some people handle that better than others.  

In any event,  the process took time because of all the people needing service but did not take overly long.   From the time I left my home until the time I returned home took just over an hour.   The clerks were efficient, serious in doing their jobs while still being courteous.  

It was an efficient operation and I have no complaints.

This MVC is amazing! Seriously. I went in to transfer my out of state license and get registration paperwork and they were so friendly and helpful! Best experience ever at a government agency. In and out in 30 minutes. Can't beat that!

Renewed my License there the other day. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and Helpful, even the Security guy was Polite like another reviewer said. Keep up the Great work.

So when I went 2 times ive had great experiences. Fast and respectful but I just went again and it will be my last time I ever go to this location at. TERRRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL service from a white women with a short black hair bob wearing a black sweater....i should have got her name because of her bad terrible unhelpful customer service i will not over go again. UNHELPFUL. Act like u want to do your job and help!
