They need to do some rehiring or hire more people. There are always only 3 to 4 people here servicing at least 50 people. Louisiana is the worst state to live in. Insurance is the highest. Customer service is like petting a dog with rabies. The long wait is expected but if you don’t want to work or like the work you do, find something better.

If you enjoy the rude workers and horrible customer service. The Strong smell of urine, poop, and sweat accompanied by the screaming of wailing children. This place should feel like heaven to you.

This is by far the worst DMV I've ever experienced. The tellers are not accurate in the information they tell you that is required to take care of your issue. Very unprofessional, unfriendly and straight up rude. What should take an hour and and a half at any other office takes SIX HOURS to accomplish (even when you get there right when it opens). The security staff is the most friendly and professional staff member here. I'm so glad to be moving out of this state!

If there was a negative option available I'd give it a negative 5 star! The people in this place is just simply horible, OMG!!! THEY ARE THE WORST to talk to or deal with. I've never felt so disrespected and treated in such a rude manner. I was missing one form to get my license and was literally ran out for asking a few questions!! The rude lady refused to give me her name and when I asked to speak to some one about her she acted like I was in her house the way she was running me out!! WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO that this DMV has to hire people like this woman who has that kind of attitude! DRIVE THE EXTRA MILES TO THE NEXT DMV and avoid this place like the plague!!! THE PEOPLE HERE REFUSES TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE RUDE AND VERY ILLMANARED. I've been here twice already and both times I've left angry and agitated and a simple trip to this DMV will ruin Ur day and week! These people should all be fired and a new crew should replace these people. They all hate their jobs and their lives and their only goal is to treat people like garbage and make people miserable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I swear on my life you will regret coming here!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE! they really need to replace every one that works there

Wait time is extremely long. Staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. There are only 3 counters open but 10 counter spaces available for a staff member to come out and help. People are standing up and sitting on the floors because there is no where to sit. The counters that are open, the staff members are leaving away from there counter and not returning for an hour. 2 people have walked in and skipped because they know the person behind the counter, meanwhile other have sat here for 3 hours.
