I wanted to edit my review because it was unkind, and I apologize. However, my order was placed at 11:48 and I got a text message stating the driver was on his way at exactly 1:48, so it was definitely well over 2 hours before my taxi arrived, (more than double my quoted time, not simply 30 minutes late).  I did call to see if I was still being picked up - 6 times, actually - but when no one picked up after 3 minutes and 33 seconds when I called at 1:09 a.m. I assumed no one was managing the phone lines. So, the driver didn't pick me up at 1:30 a.m., nor did I hang up after being on hold for less than 60 seconds, nor did I tell anyone I no longer wanted a taxi (since clearly I was picked up). Since you utilize a text system when the cab is on the way you might consider utilizing that system when you're over double your quoted time.  Thank you for your time to respond.

This is the worst cab company I've ever dealt with. I tried to set up a reservation for 6:15am this morning last night, which they can not do because of shift change. I called back at 6:30am this morning to set one up for 7:30am at a location in Bridgeport for a ride home which was ten minutes away and I thought an hour would be plenty of time to give them after a shift change. They sent me two messages saying cab#5516 was on its way at 7:38am and 8:25am. I called at 8:04am because no one had showed up. He told me they took the call from him and he would be there shortly. They arrived at 8:35am which was an hour after my reservation time. The manager/driver then told me sorry he had to take his kid to school and that was the reason for the delay. How unprofessional. I used royal cab before which was bad but at least they showed up when scheduled. Just for verification, this is your cab company. I called 291-8294 and set this reservation up. I understand people calling off or being busy, but do not give me the excuse you had to take your kid to school. If you take a reservation, follow through. I waited 35 minutes before I even called to locate the cab. I'm very dissatisfied.

Best cab company in Morgantown hand down. I don't mess with yellow cabs any more after they "forgot" about my order and I had to walk in the rain. Getting an actual order number on the phone reminds me that I am dealing with a legit place of business.

In order to be on time you have to schedule a taxi for almost 2 hours in advance! Dispatch can never tell you anything when you call, but can is on the way. Every once in a blue moon they're actual on time. Service sucks!! Either hire more drivers or buy more taxi!!

It would be nice when cabs are running behind to get a call or text. I think that would help a lot. Drivers have gotten a lot better with being on schedule. But when things happen to put schedule behind a call for convenience would be nice. Changing my review to 4 stars because drivers and dispatch has gotten sooooo much better since first review.
