Under normal circumstances, I go here even if the price is higher, simply because the manager is a delight (and we all know how stressful customers can be). Today's experience was unlike I have ever had when Will is in the store. I had my son (who has never lifted a case so he wouldn't have known if it was light) put my case on the counter and I saw that it was opened. When the young man opened it, we saw only 3 6 packs inside and that was when I was informed that customers are encouraged to open full cases and take what they would like. I also had a 6 pack of the Peach Lemonade and asked if I would be able to make a case out of it. He told me no, that I was not allowed to mix cases and would have to pay for a 12 pack and 2 6 packs. After being told they had no more of the Lite Black Cherry (my son had found one in the middle of the stacks), I spoke with another employee who proceeded to tell me that it is well-known that you can do this since the laws changed. So I, as a frequent customer, did not know this I was going to have to pay more. 

Needless to say, this trip cost them money since I will be driving to another distributor that understands customer service (unless of course their manager is there, then they super helpful). 

As a side note, I have 27 years of restaurant/retail/customer service experience

Great selection, exceptional knowledge of craft, domestic, and import beers. Whatever you're looking for - these guys got you.

Friendly staff, great selection, and can order kegs. Rental taps work well.
