The receptionists in the outpatient clinic have no idea what they are doing and do not want to work! There have been numerous times that I have came in waiting to see the psychiatrist and they have left me and other patients who were waiting to see him, HOURS in the waiting room. They would have left us that way too unless I or someone else had asked what the situation was. Only then, would they tell us after someone asked that the Dr. was not in that day. This happens every time I come in, they fail to tell me or others of schedule changes or even give the common courtesy of leaving me a voicemail on my cell that my appointment has been changed. Absolutely ridiculous! I would give this place one star but I like Dr. Stamper and some of the therapists.
